I joined Hitachi, Ltd in 1980 and received a Ph.D. degree in engineering from Ehime University on high availability methods for distributed systems in 2000. After research and development on NAS (network attached storage) and secure platform which consists of Xen and access control, I researched control systems based on Linux. I have been working on Linux/cgroups which consists of resource management and access control since 2010 and propose enhanced cgroups functions related to cloud computing.
